The system automates the entire job promotion process through six integrated steps:
Scheduled Automation: Automatically triggers the workflow at predefined intervals.
Google Sheets Integration: Retrieves previously posted Job IDs to prevent duplicate job promotions.
MySQL Database Integration: Selects one eligible, unposted job and retrieves its details and associated company information.
Dynamic Content Generation: Creates LinkedIn post content using job title, area of practice, location, company details, and a dynamically generated application URL.
LinkedIn API Integration: Automatically publishes the job promotion to TheVetJobs' LinkedIn company page.
Google Sheets Tracking: Records the successfully posted Job ID, LinkedIn Post ID, and publication timestamp for future deduplication.
The solution eliminates repetitive manual posting, maintains publication history, and integrates directly with the existing recruitment platform without modifying its production database.
